Check fuel filters for clogs, if replaced you may have an air leak in the fuel system, cracked o rings in the filter housings cause stalls and lack of power due to air in your fuel system. Bleed water in your water separator, and also bleed the fuel pump for any air. If the issue continues, you may have clogs or carbon deposit build up in your exhaust system. Lastly, you may need a new set of a fuel injectors, they don't last for ever. Routine maintenance keeps these engines going and going.
